Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the Annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at Bushey Cricket Club, Eastbury Road, Oxhey, Watford on Thursday, 6^th December at 7.30pm.

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be to:

1. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual general Meeting
2. Receive the accounts of the year from the Treasurer
3. Receive the annual report of the Committee from the Chairman
4. Election of officers:

• President
• Chairman
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Club welfare officer
• Fixture Secretary
• Club Development Officer
• Fundraising
• Website & Social Media Administrator
• Team captains 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd,  4^th,  Sunday X1
• Head of Junior Cricket
• Ground / Pavilion Manager
• Social / Bar Manager

5. Review any amendments to the Constitution
6. Transact such other business received in writing from members 10 days prior to the meeting.
7. AOB

Any nominations for candidates for election of officers and resolutions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting shall be made in writing via email to info@busheycc.org by full members no later than Monday 26^th November.

All Club members are encouraged to attend, the business conducted at this meeting will affect the running of the Club for the whole of next year and is your opportunity to influence the way the Club is run.
